We are a company that does interior and store design, mainly for restaurants and hotels. We have many existing clients with a track record of completing projects and many new inquiries, so we are looking for staff to expand our business.
The representative has 10 years of experience at a major construction company. After four years of experience at a famous design office, he became independent and has a lot of knowledge not only about design but also about costs and fitting, so I think there is a lot to learn from working with us in that area.

You will be performing the following duties together with the CEO.

- Hearing requests - Hear what the client wants, create a floor plan layout based on the information from the interview, hold a meeting with the client, and once the floor plan is finalized, begin creating the design concept and image perspective (perspectives are often outsourced).

- Presentation - Present the design concept and image perspective. Check that there are no differences between the information from the interview and the client’s ideas, and finalize the design image.

- Design... Create a basic drawing based on the finalized perspective, then create implementation drawings, and supervise the design for construction.

If you have a lot of work experience, you will work with the CEO on floor plan layouts and perspectives, but you will also be responsible for everything from meetings with clients to on-site design supervision.

If you don’t have much ork experience, you will first learn the flow of design work as an assist

飲食店、ホテルを中心にインテリアデザイン、店舗デザインを行なっている会社です。竣工実績のある既存クライアントや新規での引き合いの話も多くあり、業務拡大のため、スタッフを募集しています。
代表は、大手施工会社で10年。有名デザイン事務所で4年経験をした後、独立しているで、デザインだけでなく、コストや納まりなど知識も多く、そのあたりも一緒にやれれば、学ぶことは多いと思います。

代表と共に下記業務を行って頂きます

・要望のヒアリングークライアントの想いをヒアリングし、ヒアリング内容から平面レイアウトを作成、先方と打合せ、平面図確定後に、デザインのコンセプトやイメージパースの作成に入ります（パースは外部へ依頼することが多いです） ・プレゼンテーションーデザインコンセプトやイメージパースでプレゼンテーション。ヒアリング内容やクライアントとの考え方の相違がないかを確認し、設計イメージを確定。
・設計…決定したパースをもとに基本図を作成し、その後、実施図の作成、そして施工に関しては設計監理を行います。

実務経験の多い方の場合は、平面レイアウトやパースなどは、代表と一緒に進めながらも、クライアントとの打合せから現場の設計監理まで一貫して担当頂くイメージです。

実務経験が浅い方の場合は、まずは、アシスタントとして、設計の業務の流れを覚えていただき、少しづつ、任せる役割を増やし、数年後には、クライアントとの打合せから現場の設計監理まで一貫して担当行けるように育っていただければと思います。
